High Speed Fully Automatic Bottom Sealing Bag Machine For On-Roll Bag Without Core
It is to make bottom sealed bags that is on roll without core.
It is automatic to change the roll at pre-set bag quantity.
This machine is fully automatic to make ON-ROLL BAG WITHOUT CORE in high speed.
a) It is designed to change the roll automatically. In other words, when chaning the roll at pre-set bag quantity, there is no need to stop the machine.
b) Automatic tension at unwinder, which can load one big film roll (tube type) in Maximum width 1 meter.
c) There is a hot cutting blade that will cut the big tube film at the middle, so it is changed to two tubes. In this way, this machine can perforate and seal and roll two lines one time.
d) It is PLC + servo motor to control the bag length changing.
e) Equipped with perforating knife
f) Automatic to control the heating to the sealing bar
