Feature:

1.  Material of screw and barrel: Alloyed high-quality steel 38CrMoAlA, nitrided and polished
2. Gearbox: Surface heat quenching and tempering /Auto. Oil lubricated
3. Cooling of barrel: air cooling by fan (when the temperature is too high, the blower will blow the barrel to low the temperature).
4. Heating of barrel: Automatic temperature controlling system (digital temperature controller + AC contactor)
5. Speed adjusting method of main motor: frequency inverter
6. Speed adjusting method of water-ring cutting motor: frequency inverter
7. Speed adjusting method of forced feeder motor: frequency inverter
8. The screw is specially designed for soft film because it can make the exhaust of hot gas (two exhaust hole)
9. The barrel is special designed for moisture exhaust so it is possible to use material with water(water maximum 5%)
